It is composed of multi gemstones like Rubies, Citrine, Amethyst, Apatite, Aquamarine, Pink Tourmaline, Peridot, and freshwater tiny pearls. Hand knotted the traditional way with a white thread, and secured with a small gold filled spring clasp.
